What data do we collect and for what purpose?

Access data and server log files

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected (e.g. browser type, IP address, pages visited). This data is required to provide the website securely and efficiently. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy (https://www.godaddy.com). The server we use is located in the EU.

Contacting

If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, we store the data you provide to process your request.

Applications

You can send us your application either by e-mail or via our application form. Applications are stored and processed in our HR tool Factorial (https://factorialhr.de). Your data will be used exclusively for the application process and treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Customers and potential customers are stored in our CRM system Close (https://www.close.com). This data is used exclusively to manage customer relationships and to optimize our business processes.

Visitors

Visitors to our site in Unterhaching, Germany are stored in our visitor management system EinfachGast (https://www.einfachgast.de). This data is used exclusively to manage your visit and to optimise our business processes.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Web Analytics and Advertising 

We use a combination of self-hosted and third-party tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to optimize our advertising efforts: 

Matomo (self-hosted) 
We run our own Matomo instance—hosted on GoDaddy—to track user behavior. Cookie consent is requested via Cookiebot. To protect your privacy, IP addresses are anonymized by removing the last two bytes before storage. All data collected by Matomo remains on our servers, is never shared with third parties, and is used solely to improve our website. 

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Ad Manager 
In addition, we employ Google Analytics 4 and Google Ad Manager (both operated by Google Ireland Limited) togather further insights into device, browser, and browsing behavior. This data helps us analyze overall website traffic and tailor our online advertising and marketing campaigns for better performance. Data processing by Google complies with the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. You can manage your consent preferences or opt out of personalized ads at any time via Google Ads Settings.

Marketing newsletter with HubSpot

We offer a HubSpot (https://www.hubspot.com) newsletter to which you can actively subscribe. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time. You can subscribe and unsubscribe via a secure opt-in/opt-out function. Your e-mail address will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

Embedded content (Vimeo, LinkedIn, etc.)
