Senior Java & AWS Lead Developer

What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach a growing pool of Java developers (you will assist us in conducting intake interviews with other Java developers)
- Actively contribute to the further professionalism of our Java practise within Trivium eSolutions
- Manage and guide international teams
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into software solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications
- Develop software architectures and technical concepts in a dynamic environment
- Work in an agile environment, where you convert complex challenges into workable solutions both independently and within a team
- Consult with stakeholders and ensure the quality and direction of our projects
- Deploy applications and provide support to clients
What You Bring to the Table:
- You hold an HBO or university degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and enterprise solutions
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership or architectural role within complex projects
- You are skilled in working with modern frameworks (such as Spring Boot, Hibernate) and cloud technologies
- Extensive experience in AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
- Significant experience with Kubernetes & Docker
- You work according to agile (SCRUM/Kanban/Scrumban & SAFe) methodologies and have experience setting up teams and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and in English
- You are analytically strong, think strategically, and can switch between technical details and the bigger picture
- Broad experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and/or other forms of platform automation & engineering
- Plus: You have communication skills in GermanMany projects take place in Zwolle or at clients in the region, but occasional travel is also part of the role.
